Refund policy
Last updated: 26th November, 2025
1. Made-to-Order Policy
We promote mindful purchasing and want you to feel confident in your decision. If your item qualifies for a return, you have 14 days from the day after your order is delivered to send it back to us. Please note that not all items are eligible for return or refund. Returns are accepted only for non-personalised jewellery that is not made to order. All rings, engraved pieces, and any items marked as made to order are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. Our returns aren’t free: you’ll be charged the shipping fees for both the original delivery and the return shipment.
2. Order Cancellations
Once production has begun, your order cannot be cancelled or modified.
3. Quality Control
Every piece undergoes strict internal quality control before shipment, including: Craftsmanship and finishing review, structural and durability checks, material and gemstone evaluation (when applicable), final polishing and secure packaging. Only pieces that meet our standards are approved for delivery.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 5 days of the DHL delivery date (based on the official DHL delivery scan). To submit a claim, please email contact@yanantinjewelry.com with: Your full name and order number, clear photos and/or videos showing the issue, photos of the packaging and shipping box, a written description of the problem, and any additional images or information requested by our team
Condition Requirements to qualify for evaluation: The piece must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Claims must be submitted before the item is worn, used, or altered.
Assessment Process: Yanantin may request the item be returned for inspection. Our internal quality control team will determine whether the issue is: A manufacturing defect, or damage resulting from external circumstances or misuse. If a defect is confirmed, Yanantin will, at our discretion: Repair the item, or replace it with a new piece, at no cost to the customer.
Exclusions (Not Considered Defects): The following are not considered defects and are not eligible for repair or replacement: Minor artisanal variations in color, texture, or finish, natural irregularities inherent in handmade jewelry, normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, bending, or breakage due to impact or force, damage from exposure to chemicals (perfume, lotion, cleaning agents, etc.), tarnishing from improper storage or humidity, damage resulting from third-party alterations or repairs, and loss of stones or components due to misuse or improper handling
If Packaging Is Damaged on Arrival: If your DHL package arrives visibly damaged, please document the condition before opening the parcel.
DHL may require photographs for insurance and claims processing.
5. Repairs
We may offer paid repairs for Yanantin pieces, subject to evaluation.
Shipping for repair services may be the customer’s responsibility unless the issue relates to craftsmanship. Email contact@yanantinjewelry.com for more information.
