1. Manufacturing Defect Coverage

If your piece suffers breakage due to a manufacturing defect, we are committed to repairing it at no cost to you, for the lifetime of the piece.

Lost Stone Replacement

We will replace any lost stones up to 0.15ct once, free of charge, provided the loss is determined to be related to craftsmanship rather than accidental damage or misuse.


2. Accidental Damage Support

Jewelry is meant to be worn, loved, and lived with. If your piece sustains accidental damage, we are still here to help care for it.

We can:

  • Repair the piece
  • Polish or refinish it
  • Restore its beauty as closely as possible

For accidental damage, the customer is responsible only for:

  • The cost of the repair, and
  • Shipping costs

We will always provide a detailed quote before beginning any repair work.


3. Handmade Craftsmanship

Each Yanantin piece is handmade, meaning that natural variations in:

  • Form
  • Texture
  • Finish
  • Material

…are a hallmark of true artisanal craftsmanship. These subtle variations are inherent to the artistry of handmade jewelry and are not considered defects.


4. How to Submit a Warranty or Repair Request

To submit a claim or request a repair, please contact:

Include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue
  • A brief description of what happened

We may request the piece be returned for assessment by our quality control team.


5. What Is Not Covered

To ensure fair and consistent evaluation, the following are not considered manufacturing defects:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Scratches, dents, or bending caused by impact
  • Tarnishing or oxidation from exposure to humidity or chemicals
  • Damage caused by perfume, lotions, sunscreens, or cleaning agents
  • Loss of stones over 0.15ct
  • Stones lost due to impact or misuse
  • Damage from third-party repairs, alterations, or resizing
  • Improper care or storage

However, we are still happy to restore your piece under our paid repair option.
