1. General Information

Thank you for choosing Yanantin. All our pieces are handmade and made-to-order in Peru. This policy explains how shipping works for both domestic and international orders.

2. Production Time (Before Shipping)

All pieces require approximately 4–6 weeks to produce. Production begins once your order is confirmed and paid. We always aim to deliver as soon as possible, but this timeframe reflects our artisanal handmade process.

3. Shipping Methods

All orders — domestic and international — are shipped using DHL Express. DHL Benefits: Secure, traceable, and reliable, fast international transit times, detailed tracking updates. All deliveries are made by DHL with signature required. This ensures secure delivery and helps prevent misdelivery or loss. If the delivery address is unattended, DHL may schedule a reattempt or require pickup from a DHL location.

4. Domestic Shipping (Peru)

Delivered through DHL Peru. Transit times vary by region. Shipping costs may be shown at checkout or included depending on promotions. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or logistics are outside our control.

5. International Shipping

All international shipments are handled by DHL Express International. Typical transit time: 3–10 business days once the item ships. Yanantin covers all customs duties, import taxes, and DHL disbursement fees for international customers. Local delivery times may vary depending on country-specific customs procedures.

6. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a DHL tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Tracking is usually active within 24 hours.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

Risk of loss passes to the customer once your order is transferred to DHL.
However, we will always help facilitate DHL claims and provide support wherever possible.
